cancellation
No show up or cancellations less than 48 hours before the service date will result in a full loss of the total invoice amount.

Require full payment in advance to confirm.

For cancellations more than 48 hours before the appointment, 60% of the total invoice amount will be refundable.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. We do not accept cancellations by phone or by third parties.

Authorities 
Children or teenagers have to be under legal guardians.
Clients agree to accept the authority and decisions of our employees, guides and affiliates when on tour with us.
On our tours like any tour by feet or with bike, risks of bodily harm could occur during the tour by not using the device correctly, not knowing the road traffic regulations or any other reason. MarioViennaGuide – Mario Casalone will not take any responsibilities of any sort of bodily harm or any other personal damage. Participants are taking part of any MarioViennaGuide Tour on their on risk.
 
benefits
Children at most of the tours till 6 years are free of charge. But have to sign in the tour. FREE. Otherwise it is written at the description of the tour.

photos
You agree that photos of you during the tour can be taken and publish to promote Mario Vienna Guide - Mario Casalone. If you do not agree, please do not estimate to tell at the beginning of the tour. The guide always will ask before the tour will start. If you later on you change your mind, tell us and we will eliminate the picture if it is possible, as soon as possible.
 
Place of jurisdiction
If there is coming up a legal conflict, the place of jurisdiction is Austria Vienna.
